Nick, Kurt i Dale są przekonani, że jedynym sposobem na uczynienie ich uciążliwej pracy nieco bardziej znośną byłoby uwolnienie się od swoich na wskroś nieznośnych szefów. Ponieważ odejście z pracy nie wchodzi w grę, pod wpływem paru nadprogramowych drinków i kilku rad od byłego hochsztaplera trzej przyjaciele obmyślają złożony i pozornie niezawodny plan uwolnienia się od pracodawców… na dobre. Jest tylko jeden problem — jedynie w nieomylnym umyśle może zrodzić się perfekcyjny plan.

For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers... permanently.
